• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 4 hours of confirmation.

2. Delivery Policy

• Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

• Delays may occur during public holidays, special events, strikes, or natural emergencies.

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, redelivery will be arranged only for non-perishable items such as perfumes, chocolates, or gift boxes.

• For perishable items (like cakes or flowers), a redelivery may incur 75–90% of the original cost, as such items cannot be stored or reused.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All transactions on tmlgifts.com are processed securely via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

• TML Gifts does not store your credit/debit card details.

• Payments can be made through verified payment gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

• In the rare case of pricing errors or discrepancies, TML Gifts reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.
