At TML Gifts, we value our customers and strive to ensure that every gift you order brings joy and satisfaction. However, if you need to cancel, replace, or request a refund, please review the following policy carefully:


Refund Policy

A. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled upon customer request within 4 hours of placing the order.
To cancel, please contact our support team immediately through WhatsApp +92 337 7777003.

B. Partial Deliveries:
In case multiple items are ordered and one or more items are not delivered, customers will be refunded for the undelivered goods or services only.


Replacement / Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a replacement.

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 6 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and supported by photo proof of the issue.

  • Once reviewed and approved by our team, a replacement will be arranged at the earliest.


Note:

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless damaged during delivery.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
