Refund Policy
A. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled upon customer request within 4 hours of placing the order.

B. Partial Deliveries:
In case multiple items are ordered and one or more items are not delivered, customers will be refunded for the undelivered goods or services only.
Replacement / Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a replacement.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 6 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and supported by photo proof of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved by our team, a replacement will be arranged at the earliest.

Personalized or customized items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless damaged during delivery.
